Super Address Labels "the App" provides mailing address label generation "the Service" to merchants "the Customer" who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

Additionally, we collect information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information, for our records, as well as to have a means of contacting you should any problem arise.
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:
“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We do not share, sell or license your personal information, or information about your store or clients, with any third parties outside our company other than for the purposes of delivering the Service. We do use various infrastructure providers, such as Google Cloud Platform, and various application service providers, like Bugsnag to provide certain features like monitoring, debugging, usage analytics.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident please note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
We retain any interactions that merchants have with our app, in detail, for 30 days.
We retain your personal data excluding your orders as long as the Application is installed in your Shopify store, and thereafter for compliance and legal purposes.
We implement measures to secure your Information
We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures do not provide absolute security. Therefore, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, it is not guaranteed, and you cannot expect, that the Service will be immune from information security risks.
Herkimer Cibola Volusia LLC does not provide an archiving service. Herkimer Cibola Volusia LLC agrees only that it will not intentionally delete any Customer Data from any Service prior to termination of Customer’s applicable Subscription Term. Herkimer Cibola Volusia LLC will have no responsibility to Customer whatsoever in the event that any information has been accidentially deleted. Herkimer Cibola Volusia LLC expressly disclaims all other obligations with respect to storage.
Please note that we do not alter the App’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
